Most people forget that flour is full of bacteria that can be very harmful if consumed raw. Luckily, we have our flour go through a special heat treatment that kills off the bacteria so that you can enjoy raw cookie dough until the very last spoonful.
We believe that the only way to get perfect edible cookie dough is to use the real deal. No egg substitutes here! Of course, the pasteurized eggs allow us to get our batter as close to what you licked out of the bowl growing up with no threat of salmonella or food poisoning.
